This website is the professional site of Dr. Rehana Meghani, clinical and organizational psychologist, practicing through Positive Strides (Calgary, Canada) and Connect Psychology (Dubai, UAE). It exists to share writing, courses, speaking, and ways of working together.
If you choose to fill in a form on this site — a contact message, a speaking or consulting inquiry, or the newsletter signup — you share your name, your email address, and whatever you write in your message. That is the only personal information this site asks for. Nothing is collected without you actively submitting it.
Information you submit is used to respond to your inquiry, or to send you the newsletter you signed up for. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing. Every newsletter email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can stop at any time.
This website does not provide therapy, and submitting a form here does not create a therapeutic relationship or a clinical record. If you are in crisis or need urgent support, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis line in your region rather than using this site. Clinical services are provided separately, under the policies and confidentiality standards of the practices where Dr. Rehana works.
This site does not set tracking cookies of its own. Some pages embed video hosted by YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode, which means YouTube does not store cookies unless you play the video. The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard, short-lived server logs (such as IP addresses) for security and reliability.
